You seem to be quite high-functioning. I can only cook every second day because I lack the energy to do it daily. And the day I cook, its pretty much ALL I can do on that day.
If I feel like I've got the flu, then it's a crash.
If you have significantly more fatigue than you usually do it's a crash.
