I'm new to this group, but not DS. I have Fibro, CFS, DDD and other but just wanted to say HI.
CFS is soooo miserable to me! To be so tired and not be able to sleep! I take a really strong sleep med at night.
I did want to ask if any of you take B-12 shots and how they are working for you? I have been on them for 2 years and they really helped but now is seems to not be working for me any more as I am starting to get sooo very sleepy during the day again. I'm wondering if you body gets use to it and you need more or something different. What do you all take for this? Curious. TIV

too out of it to relate my experiences with fatigue, sleep---it's been a long journey. wish you well, i struggle with insomnia and hypersomnia and have periods of time where I use lunesta or melatonin. my doctor gave me a script for a med that creates daily wakefulness. i can only tolerate half a tab and it gives me a more normal semblance of day. don't take it all the time, try to be in care of whatever my sleep cycle is and adjust accordingly.

done the B12 cocktails and many other things along the way.....we all have to keep trying and doing what is the best right answer for where we are today.......i wish you well and send hugs.....great people here, great info and ideas......take care of YOU!
