My anxiety comes and goes. I think today it was triggered by some new progesterone drops I'm taking. I didn't know what was happening at first and then I read that it could do that.
I just did an epsom salt soak and feel much more relaxed now, so hopefully I can sleep good tonight.
In the hopes of changing your perspective....you haven't failed your family, the cfs has failed you. And, it isn't fair to expect yourself to live outside the limits of your cfs.
And since you are a mother, this might help. You know how your kid isn't like any other kid? And you know how place expectations on your kid based on what they have learned so far? Can you imagine judging your kid based on things they have never learned? That is about as kind as judging yourself as if you didn't have cfs.
And I really understand your cancer comparison because I have made it too! Cance ends....cure or death. But cfs does not. And it is debilitating, unlike diabetes. I tend to go there when I'm having my, "I can't do this anymore!" moments. My moments like that tend to pop up if I'm having my time of the month soon and I have a flare up...bad combo.
