Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Support Group
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS) describes a sense of exhaustion and post-exertion malaise, even when you have gotten enough rest and sleep. The disease is characterized by six months of incapacitating fatigue experienced as profound exhaustion and extremely poor stamina, and problems with concentration and short-term memory. The cause is unknown, but it is a...
Please read Daily Strengths Rules of the Road, specifically section c (below) on Religion. This site ask you not to:
a. Impose your beliefs on others. Example: Telling members of our Gay & Lesbian communities that they are "sinners" is not appropriate.
b. Disrespect someone else's religion.
c. Spamming (aka "sending unsolicited messages") to members about religion or repeatedly posting religious passages (or anything else, for that matter) around the site is not appropriate.
Thanks, Jeb

Unfortunately all it takes on internet forums is one gay moderator, or one moderator sympathetic to jebias2001, and I will be locked out of the board for "hate speech". Haha. I've seen it happen over and over on the college football boards I post on. So, if you never see me again on the board, I wish you well and to be at peace in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Truly, He never forsakes us. And I really like that song you posted the YouTube link to. It is a beautiful song, and it is certainly the way I feel myself. EZ.
It's sad that freedom of speech is under attack!
And - YOU STAY WITH US.... there are many Christians on here and appreciate your faith and devotion to our Lord.
Take care my friend - and, May we learn to love each other as our Lord loves us..... XOXO - TD
I've noticed over the years that religious zealots love to claim they're being censored -- or banned, as you claim -- when others ask them to tone down their crazy (i.e. Proselytizing). In the U.S., Christians have every right to believe whatever they want to believe, but they have no right to impose their religion on the millions of Americans who do not share their convictions. In other words, you dont get to be a bully for Jesus.
For the record: I enjoy reading about others on this site whose faith/belief in God has sustainsed them. My beliefs certainly help me get through some tough days. It's your frequent scripture references and "praise Jesus" rants that I could do without. In any case, the Rules of the Road I quoted are from Daily Strength's moderators, not from me. This site's guidelines are actually pretty clear on religious references. Take a look and see for yourself. Bottom line: Religious bullies should peddle it elsewhere.
Regarding your comments about me being a clown and/or gay: It makes me wonder: What Would Jesus Say? I'm pretty sure He wouldnt speculate on peoples gender and sexuality as a way of bullying them. The Jesus I know is about tolerance -- not the stuff you two are spewing. By the way: You've never met a gay Christian? You two need to get out more. Or maybe not.
-- Jeb. (P.S.: I'm not sure why you two were speculating about my gender at all, but I'm a man. Are YOU?)
Thanks for your post :) Glad to have you on board. I too am new on DS. It is great to talk to others that understand what we are going thru :)
I've heard that same thing about the virus remaining in your system. I got better after the mono, enough to go back to school, but I was still not normal at all. Then it hit the worst for me at around 27.
This illness is so hard. I'm so sorry you have it too. I wish no one had to go through this. I always say it's worst than cancer, and people with cancer often have tons of support. But all those I know with cancer feel so much better than I could even imagine feeling, unless it's the last stage of it. But then they get to die. Sorry, I'm in a big depression tonight. I took a new progesterone formula today. It's suppose to help with depression. Whatever! I'm feeling more depressed than ever. And all my symptoms are worse all the sudden. :(
I agree that it is great to talk to others that understand. It gets awful lonely going through this day in and day out.
Hopefully next time we talk, I won't be this depressed. :)

I know most books are just fou-fou, this one kept me from turning into concrete walls because I was out of control with anxiety, to completely turning it off.
It is an old book, so sounds somewhat dated. It's either this or Xanax helps.
Chocolate has to be high in caffeine...I bought a bar, 60% cacoa, at Trader Joes, and I cannot eat it after noon or I stay awake all night...and I take sleep meds!
Plus I take doxepin for antidepressant and sleep. I don't know what I would do without and AD (antidepressant), although my sensitivity to meds caused me not to be able to take SSRIs.
Don't be a victim....everybody has something.
