CHRISTIAN PARENTS of ESTRANGED ADULT CHILDREN Community Group
Estrangement makes it difficult to talk about with family, friends, neighbors and church members. Christians are NOT immune to broken families. Talk about your experiences with those who know how you feel and get positive support through your Christian faith...."In these last days difficult times will come, for men will be lovers of self...disobedient to parents,...
With great love,
Betty
Praying for each of us to be not just survivors but thrives by the grace of God. His grace is sufficient for us.
I find that the devil hates it when we turn to Jesus all the more during his attacks ... Remember Jesus has conquered the devil ...
Also praise music helps alot too .... our weapon is prayer and we're all praying for ya.... HUGS
The last few weeks I have been wishing the Lord would return also. I am so tired of feeling tormented inside with all the many terrible hurtful things both our ES and ED have done to us and still trying to do. I just feel traumatized and suffer so much from just the shock of it all.
It is so hard to go through a death of a close person but to experience a death of a relationship and purposeful separation is just so beyond the human ability to understand and cope with. I just don't know if I will ever get over this terrible shock. Some days I feel I am just 'existing' or going through motions .... I have no feelings at all.
As far as being October and satan's favorite day. I agree that anyone that is handing out candy and posing "innocently" to celebrate this wicked holiday while calling themselves a Christian well if this is the case they will be a attacked for sure. There is hot or cold for the Lord.....remember the warm gets spit out. I have seen so much of this in past churches.... it made me sick.
You are so right what you have said Ruth.
