Thank you for sharing the verses. I need God to "strengten me."

One of my favorite is

Isaiah 25:8

"He will swallow up death forever. The Sovereign LORD will wipe away the tears from all faces; he will remove his people’s disgrace from all the earth. The LORD has spoken".

Here's a selection from Psalm 91 which was part of my reading this week:
7 A thousand may fall at your side,


And ten thousand at your right hand;


But it shall not come near you.


8 Only with your eyes shall you look,


And see the reward of the wicked.



9 Because you have made the Lord, who is my refuge,


Even the Most High, your dwelling place,
