stillcruzn, I understand that point and definately, I won't tell you to do anything, that's for sure. I just bring up things and make suggestions. Personally, I hate abortion because of what it does to the baby and the woman. Also, the father is sometimes affected. However, I would never force a woman to do otherwise. I believe they should be told the alternatives, so they can make an informed choice. They should know the facts first and then make their decision based on that. The same goes for the homosexual. I don't hate people, I just hate the sin. People are people; they are created by a loving God. It's the sin that hurts them so much.

I don't anger easily... I just want you to know that when I quote scripture it is not for the purpose of condemnation, but revelation. The Word of God is light that reveals, like the Psalmist declared "Thy word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path." Sin and this world system bring in so much confusion, it has been a tactic of Satan from the beginning, to challenge the Word of God, or to change it ever so slightly as to confuse its meaning or render it inoperable to mankind. Usually this is done not by people reading the bible so much, but rather by Satan using false teachers who quote it 99% right and veer just 1% off course. These distinctions prove to be deadly spiritually speaking, just as if you were a pilot and were leaving San Diego to fly to Hawaii, and just had enough gas for the trip, but your compass equipment was off by only 1 degree, you would find that you were over 100 miles from Hawaii and out of fuel. I am not telling anyone what they must do, but I do believe the bible to be God's Word and it tells us what we should do. God is so loving that He allows for us to make choices, even bad ones, even fatal ones. In the end it is not God's will that we should go to hell, but our own will if we reject His only solution, which is faith in Jesus Christ who died for our sins, whom God raised the third day for our justification. God loves the whole world, but His love does not prevent people from making choices to reject Him. So people God loves will end up in hell by their own choice. I remember what Jesus said to the church in the book of Revelation chapter 3, "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear My voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with Me." Eating is a close fellowship. But the point is He stands at the door, He doesn't kick it in and drag out people by force. We can choose to agree with God or disagree, but in the end our choice makes the difference of eternal life with God, or eternal suffering without Him. Now a person who commits an abortion is a murderer, but there is forgiveness also for the murderer, just as a person who has sex outside of marriage is commiting fornication, there is forgiveness to those who confess their sins and repent. This does not mean that Christians don't sin, we do. However we don't set sin in our heart and say "Boy, I can't wait to go out and commit some fornication today!" We may be seduced by our own sinful nature into stumbling and falling into sin, but the Holy Spirit is quick to convict us, so that we are not happy with living in sin. The unbeliever has no remorse for sin, and sees nothing wrong with it. They say "Abortion it's okay, it's her body" or "Homosexuality, it's okay they love each other" or "That young man and woman can live together and don't have to be married, they love each other". With men, sure these things are OK, you are free to do what you choose, but with God these are sins, and the wages of sin is death. So this is usually a good proof point to see whether or not you have been born again or not. If you have not been born again, committing sin would not bother you in the slightest. However if you are born again, you will be sorry about what you have done and eventually you will confess, agree with God that what you did was wrong, and turn from that path around to God's path (repentance). I want you to know that I am only saved by grace, for I have the same sin nature as everyone else on this planet but God's grace has delivered me from its bondage to sin. I slip in sin all the time, because scripture says "Whatsoever is not of faith is sin" and again scripture says "Faith works by love". So if whatever I do is not in Agape love, then it is sin. So, yes I do a lot of things not in love and find myself confessing quite often the various sins toward my wife, toward my kids, toward my co-workers, toward my brothers and sisters in Christ. Thank God for His grace! Thank God that He sheds His love abroad in our hearts by His Holy Spirit (Romans 5:5), and Thank God the love of God never fails (1 Cor. 13:8), so that Paul could say to the Philippian church in Chapter 1:6 "Being confident of this very thing, that He which has begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ." My salvation is God's work which He began in me the day I first believed and He is faithful to complete it! So I don't look at my own short comings, but rather I look unto Jesus the Author AND Finisher of my faith. That is the greatest news of the gospel! It's not about me perfecting myself, but God Himself perfecting me and the rest of the Saints by His unfailing love. Last quote since Paul pulled this out in his epistle to the Romans, Paul began chapter 8 with "There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 2For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death." But completed chapter 8 with:

"33Who will lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifies.

34Who is he that condemns? It is Christ that died, yes rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us.

35Who will separate us from the love of Christ? Will tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

36As it is written, For Your sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.

37No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us.

38For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,

39Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." God takes the outcasts of society, He takes the nobody's, He takes all who will hear His voice and come unto Him, and will by no means cast any out. He has paid the price by His own blood, more precious than silver or gold, because of His great love where with He has loved us. It is those who have not hardened their hearts but with open mind and willingness to receive, they have found a Kingdom which has called them children of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords! Whereby we call Him, Daddy Father. He is the best Dad who has adopted us in absolute love for us. So precious and beautiful are His thoughts toward us, that David said in Psalm 139 "How precious also are Your thoughts toward me, O God! How great is the sum of them! " and even God tells us through Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end." God's thoughts toward us are filled with desires of blessing. His greatest pleasure, that none would perish, but that all would come to everlasting life. In our wildest imaginations, we could not comprehend the absolute joy that awaits us as we enter the Kingdom of our Father! It is too wonderful for me as I think on these things. Satan has tried and successfully in many cases to paint a pretty ugly picture of God, he has even used the church and those who call themselves Christians to misrepresent God. Before I got saved, I hated the church, I hated the hypocrisy, I got saved through listening to a radio broadcast of bible studies over a period of about three months. One day the Lord used one of those teachers to make me understand that Jesus never said "Follow My church" Jesus said "Follow Me". I began looking more into Jesus to get the clear picture of who He is. The more I did, the more I cried, as I could not deny the immensity of His love. I had judged Jesus because of His church, wrongly, and now I am a member of that living body of Christ, not making excuses for our short comings, but pointing all to Jesus, because He is the supreme example and His love does not fail.

Personally I would never have an abortion; however, it is not my place to judge anybody who does.

Hi xXannaXx. I pray for those who have an abortion. But it important out of love point out the facts if you know somebody who has had an abortion. The negative impact of abortion is very sad and I'll leave it at that. The Lord loves people and personally, I pray the Lord will guide me to what to say to those who are seeking an abortion.

Psalm 139:13-16. For You formed my inward parts; You wove me in my motherâs womb. I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; wonderful are Your works, and my soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden from You, when I was made in secret, and skillfully wrought in the depths of the earth; Your eyes have seen my unformed substance; and in Your book were all written the days that were ordained for me, when as yet there was not one of them.

Luke 1:15. For he will be great in the sight of the Lord; and he will drink no wine or liquor, and he will be filled with the Holy Spirit while yet in his motherâs womb.

Jeremiah. 1:5. Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you.

Before we are even formed in the womb, God knows us. He knows how each day of our lives on earth will unfold. His love and care go with us throughout life.

Man made the word "fetus" to make abortion sound less like a murder.

They have killed off many many movers and shakers that could have,would have,should have changed the world. Maybe we do not have thinsg we despratly need because the person who was suppost to invent it was murdered in his mothers womb. cando2, so true! So true! See, I was born in 1973, that year that Roe vs. Wade made the practice of abortion officially legal. My parents were by no means rich and I was a surprise, so my parents were not expecting me. Their love for me and my other siblings as well was proven when they didn't abort me. I was born in August, so they had plenty of chances to do just that but they chose not to.

federalmom, I hear in the media how people whine about social security. Part of the reason is abortion because we would have had millions more wage-earners that would help the retirees and older baby-boomers out. The effects of earlier abortions are beginning to show nationally. Animals are treated better than humans and that's not right.

look at China with the 1 baby rule- and its usally a boy thats kept. Its starting to have an abnormal effect on that nation.
