According to His riches in glory refers to a biblical promise found in Philippians 4:19, which states that God will supply all your needs according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus. This verse emphasizes God's provision and generosity towards believers.
Good sermon too.
Another thing about the parable of Lazarus and the rich man....is that Lazarus was "at the rich mans gate" meaning that the rich man should have taken responsibility for helping Lazarus in his need. Instead the rich man sought his own pleasure and thought nothing of the suffering of someone right outside his gate. (I.E. front door)
We can't help everyone. But if God brings as something to "our gate" than , I believe, He expects us to do something.
(Not ignoring the suffering of others as the rich man who saw Lazarus did)
