Thank you, hanging in there with the Christian groups for now, but they sure are not very active. I don't like my profile cluttered with groups that are not serving me well, so may need to leave if we don't get more people posting here.
Reminds me of a number of verses in the Bible:
2 Thessalonians 2:3, "Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;"
John 16:2, "They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service."
We seem to have forgotten Hebrews 10:25, "Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching."

Hi Pixie1, With the exception of members being at present extremely inactive this is a place where we can freely talk about God and the Bible. I usually posted simple topics with the purpose of sharing the gospel with whoever in the DS groups that happen to see the posts. There are people out there who don't believe or know God exists. Some do but don't understand why they should read the Bible.

One thing to keep in mind is we all came from different church backgrounds.. I don't belong to any church at the moment but encourage believers to attend a church. There are heavy stuffs in the Bible. I am not good with the heavy stuffs and prefer to focus on lighter topics. That does not mean everyone has to talk baby talk. God can use each one of us according to what we have received from Him. You appear to be a very "alert" one. If you like a conservative setting, this is a place for you. I would say I am not as conservative as some members want me to be.

By the way, I have a question for you. Which church denomination do you belong to? I have been looking for subjects to post. I hope I have not offended you with this reply. Thank you for giving me a push to post something. I will pick something to send out soon. It may be another baby talk. I wanted to post but had difficulty finding subjects (looking at several but felt "lost"). You have a good day today.
