Christian Fellowship Community Group
A safe place for Christians who Love Jesus Christ to meet and ask for prayer and share scriptures from the bible. We value the posting of Christian music, poems, stories and also personal testimonies. Please let us know your needs, concerns and have some fun getting to know each other. We treat each other with respect.

I need to get at least two estimates from building demolition companies to give to the city to get help to remove the garage. The second guy came today to look at it and told me he agrees that it was likely my neighbor next door who reported to the city about our roof-collapsing garage. He said there are many buildings around our area that have this same situation and it is okay. What I am worried about now is what kind of fine we will get from the city. They gave us a ticket but have not put it in the system yet. I feel exhausted thinking about me arguing with them about the fine (asking them to waive it). My mood is in angry mode over this (about thinking it could be the neighbor that told the city to get us. He should have talked to us about it instead of going straight to the city and causing us to possibly have to pay a fine but I am not sure whether it was him who did it or the city or maybe another neighbor). I am worried about me exploding when I talk to some judge about the fine waiver. The garage has trees surrounding it with some wooden fence blocking the sight and is not very visible.
We are fortunate to qualify for help from the city to tear down the garage. We are looking at $3,500 cost here. I can't wait for this to pass. The stress I have about this issue now is about putting all the papers (documents) together and begging the city to approve the fence. The city lady who is in charge of taking applications said the limit for this type of help is $6,000. So I hope they won't tell us it does not cover the fence since we live in an area where thieves break into houses on a regular basis. Please pray for me that I will have strength and patience in handling this crisis and that I won't get into bad arguments with anyone during the process of applying for help and dealing with the court about the ticket. I hope everyone is doing well today.

According to His riches in glory refers to a biblical promise found in Philippians 4:19, which states that God will supply all your needs according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus. This verse emphasizes God's provision and generosity towards believers.

In Thailand, my home town, people are scared to death about the monsoons that are supposed to hit half of the country. Please say prayers for the people there. I believe God is able to turn the monsoons in a different direction and have been praying that He will be merciful toward the people in Thailand. I hope you and everyone in the group are doing well today.
