That's one good site.. I also have a phone number for a place that charges $45/month for counselling/teaching/everything about fathers' rights so you can bring her to court and win. I'll get it for you... but it's at home right now and I'm at work. It's a hell of a lot cheaper than a lawyer, and I am well aware how much lawyers cost...
Call Anne at 800-566-6143.
It's $45 a month, $90 to start. It's a father's advocate group and it helps fathers get a step up on evil birthmothers who try to do things like steal away children from their fathers. It definitely wouldn't hurt to look into. Best of luck, I hope you get to see your daughter soon.
I personally use a webcam to visit for one hour each week with my two youngest children (ages 11 and 13) who live 1500 miles away. My eldest (age 18) and I had a very close relationship when she was younger, but through a consistant campaign of denigration against me by her mother over several years, my daughter became completely alienated and in doing so, became one more victim of Parental Alienation Syndrome (PAS...See website at www.HelpStopPAS.org).
I am using Virtual Visitation now to prevent my two younger children from becoming alienated by my Ex, and their access to webcam has been secured through a Neutral Exchange Center or "Family Center" (see Supervissed Visitation Network at www.SVNetwork.net). Because my children's mother objected to a webcam in her home, I had the local Family Center in my children's area fitted with a webcam and the Center provides very effective intermediary services to ensure I get face time with my children each week. Furthermore, the Family Center can report to the court if I am denied my visitation time by the children's custodial mother.
Family Centers also provide for neutral exchanges of children between their custodial parents and non-custodial parents, with the parents arriving at staggered times so they don't have to see one another or get pulled into any "scenes" or even violence in front of the children.
In your state of New Hampshire, there are Family Centers / Neutral Exchange Centers in Concord, Dover, Keene, Manchester, Nashua, Plymouth, and Salem (for contact information, click on "List of Providers" at www.SVNetwork.net).
The nearest Family Center to your area in Lebannon, NH, would be 40 miles away in Plymouth, NH, at:

Virtual Visitation is now legally enforceable in Utah, Wisconsin, Florida and Texas and there are sponsored bills pending legislative vote in 7 other states, although I don't believe there is a bill in New Hampshire. Contact me at CommitteeAssociates@Yahoo.com if you (or others) are interested in helping (I recently helped get the bill in Texas passed as the citizen lobbyist / lead advocate in this state and can help with other states as well).
As for controlling any legal bills you might incur, I thoroughly appreciate how these can become absolutely ruinous as my Ex-wife's divorce attorney ran up a HUGE bill (over $100,000) which I ended up having to pay (an incredible injustice and a travesty of law). Now my children have no college fund and I have no retirement savings. Don't let this happen to you!
What I discovered was very effective was using Pre-Paid Legal Services to obtain excellent, expert legal advice on ANY topic (large or small) as well as documentation review, covered legal representation in court for traffic cases and certain work-related law suits, and even a 25% discount if I had to hire an attorney outside the coverage this "legal insurance" provided -- all for a mere $16 per month. Check out the website at:

I am reaching out to help you today because I have just been illegally denied my right to have unsupervised visitation with my children who I've not seen in person in over 3 years. To make matters worse, I was denied this by my own sister -- a JUDGE -- who is committing a crime against me and my children with no other cause than an illegal mandate from my Ex who has no right to limit or deny me my visitation. But I have an interview scheduled with the largest television station in their area (covering 5 million people) regarding Virtual Visitation this week, and to the extent I'm being denied my visitation, I'll be sure to let the viewers know how the judge they elected is blatantly committing a crime under our state's penal code...and it is a jailable offense.
Please continue to stand up for your visitation rights. There is lots of help out there, and contact me if I may be of any further assistance. Godspeed to you, Sir.
