Bad night just can't deal

Had a bad night can't get the x AP and her new dude out of my mind. I know how good it was and yo know makes me ill. But I have to move on completed the day so one more of NC behind me.

Do others get sad when they think about the x AP with someone else how do you get by it?

Restore......NC also means no stalking their fb, their fb family, friends or acquaintances. Absolutely nothing that has anything to do with them whatsoever. You must block her like a frogs ass. Yes, there's always the chance she will use another phone to contact you but you just block that too. NO PEEKING!!!!

You are still so new at this. What you are going thru now is normal and you must go thru the grieving process. We've all been thru it and there's no shortcuts. Allow yourself to be sad but know it will get better & you will be ok.
