Went and met it was awful. We both cried tons..... We kissed a few times and looked into eachothers eyes. I asked about the new guy and she TD me that they have been going out for little more than a month. She told me they had had sex once and all she could do was think of me.

I found him on face book and he had already put a picture of him and her up. I don't know why I search think it was to find him may be compare but had to. What did I find.... I think I am the better catch so I get some consolation in that. She told me our love making was better and she went and did this to help move past me.

I think I have some closure. I'm really not jealous not sure how I'll feel later. She told me the new dude is much further down the road in the relationship. He is older than her by 7 years.

So I guess it's NC day one.....

Glad you are relatively okay. I know it sucked... Do you regret going? I think its time to block them both on Facebook and block numbers, emails and such. She has moved on...who knows if she was saying that to you to get you back or just being honest....but I think its wise to go NC for good now.

I got a physiologist for 3 visits at the beginning of the year. She really helped, and it was good to be able to talk some things through. I don't cry, so I can't really help you there, but just having someone to bounce things off of was good...

hey i have been out of the loop for a few days. You need to exorcise this girl once and for all. Easier said that done, I know. I remember the not sleeping for days when my xAPs wife found out. and my hubby picked up on my moodiness...I spent a lot of time in my orcking chair in my office just staring out the window not talking to anyone. I just get scared for you...I know how you feel right now losing your AP...but your moods will get picked up on by your wife and eventually she is going to want to know whats wrong cause she is going to want to be there for you and take care of you and make it right. how has it been going back to NC? the journaling helps...
