Yes, It does work. I took it for a while but iim on other med's, and the other med's along with the vitarin were giving me head aches.
But Yes It does work.
I even went off the stuff for a few mounth's to if it made a differance,

I will once I see what the results are for my daughter. I am hoping to purchase it this month for her.

I have a question though and I'm not sure it can be answered. My daughter is not good about swallowing pills. She panics and has a hard time swallowing them. If I opened the capsule and put it in a smoothie, do you think she would taste it?

That is what a lot of people are doing. I am working on getting the company to do a liquid form or something easier to take not in pill form.

Well the great thing is if she doesnt like it you can return it and get your money back. Im going to really push to get some liquid that tastes good kids friendly. I never broke it up myself but I can and see if it has any taste, no prob there.

I'm taking Vitarin right now along with a few other supplements, twice in the morning & once at night after dinner. Been on it since last Monday the biggest thing I've noticed so far after the first week is a rise in my energy level in the morning & also the range of motion in my foot & ankle have improved slightly.
