Hi, I live about 20 min outside of Buffalo, NY and it gets COLD here... right now its well below freezing. Sometimes when the weather gets this cold its really tough to do things as simple as dishes or clean my apartment.
Along with this I get stressed with the every day life and things that everyone has to deal with. Most of the time when I start feeling this way I will put on some really loud rock music.. (Slipknot, Metallica, etc....) I listen to all sorts of music but the rock genre is the one that lets me get a lot of my stress out... I also try and practice my bass guitar if my body feels up to it.
What does everyone else do to deal with stress????

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

So voc rehab finally got in touch with me...it took like six months finally. The voc rehab person that they assigned to me is a lawyer and extremely knowledgable on disability law and he seems to know a great deal about how to get people placed in jobs and how to make their resumes pass ATS. I was really surprised at how articulate and energetic he is. I guess my question is how much I...

It's FREEZING HERE IN PA, Isn't it funny how our bodies react to the change in temp.

Go to www.ninds.nih.gov they have a list of all the kids of cerebral palsy if ur curios.
and yes, Band's like Rage, metalica and all the metal and hard-core stuff really does have alot of rapid movement's,
If ur teaching Yourself, Try starting something maybe a little easier, band's Like Nirvana,Bush or Greenday (if ur into those kind's of music
cause the are easier to hear, and it's not as complex as band's like metalica, slipknot or rage.
I'll Pm You and tell You about a program that might help with speed.
