Yeahhh...something else we can eat! The old boxes still contain barley in them. Look for the new boxes that say GF right on them.

I am going to write General Mills to see if they test these for gluten. With all the other cereals they make I worry about cc issues. Maybe they have dedicated lines.

Thanks for sharing this info. Hopefully the corn chex will soon be GF also. Then we could mix up the Chex mix.

Sorry to be the soggy blanket; Can we be sure that there is no possibility of cross contamination? The plants that manufacture this cereal also handle all the gluten containing ingrediants there are, so I wonder...

Yes that was my concern also in which I stated in my post.

I do have an e-mail out to them of CC issues and dedicated lines. We'll see what they say.

So far in my other CD support site nobody has had a problem eating them.
