Celiac Disease Support Group
Celiac disease is an auto-immune disorder of the digestive system that occurs in genetically-predisposed individuals. It is characterised by damage or flattening to all or part of the villi lining the small intestine, which interferes with the absorption of nutrients. This damage is caused by eating anything with gluten (gliadin), a protein found in wheat, rye, and barley...
Oleander
I am from Southern California and Trader Joe's has some great gluten free products that are lower priced.
Here is Udi's 303 657 1600

It is really hard for me to find bread that is gluten free and dairy free. Udi's is.
Good luck. Oleander
If I don't lose the last few lbs I need to, I will be upset. I do feel and look like and I have lost some and I honestly feel more comfortable.
My daughter just found out she is allergic to cinnamon. which is in all her foods, shampoos, perfumes and so on. Caused hives on her for years. She is now clearing up nicely. She is an Adult. So you have to keep looking to what is causing this.
I eat almost raw and vegetarian 95% of the time. I am also sensitive to Carrageenan an additive.
I have also lost weight on since removing Dairy and gluten from my diet.
Good luck. Oleander
My local health store/co-op carries it, but I didn't see it the first time around because it was all gone. I thought they just didn't carry it. Yesterday I thought, I'm just going to email them and ask anyway. I was really excited to hear that they do carry it! I went there last night and got their last loaf (the white sandwich bread) and asked if they had any more. The guy in the back says that there is a lady who goes in there once a week and basically clears them out. Today they get another shipment, so I'm going to have to beat her to it!
You may want to be careful about shampoo and lotions, etc. as well. Like Oleander said about her daughter being allergic to cinnamon, it was in everything she used. If you aren't able to just replace everything with simple soaps, maybe you could just get a list of ingredients together and then watch for when you really have trouble. For example, pay close attention to the hour or so after you get out of the shower. Do you have any problems then? If there are disagreeable ingredients in the soap you use and then you touch your face and mouth, it could cause some issues. Good luck! I really hope you can find out what is going on!
If you find that you are intolerant to Udi's, it can be that you are intolerant to highly processed foods.
This is my problem with both Kinnickanick and Udi's.
There was a sale at the gluten free specialty store in town with Udi's bread. So I bought 10 loaves and put them in the freezer.
Well, since I had real bread, I went a little crazy with it for a couple of days. I paid a high price with the porcelain goddess. Yes, she was used a lot. I was in a lot of pain too.
Since I still have a lot of bread due to my large purchase, I limit myself to 2 pieces once in a while. If I go to a restaurant or burger stand I take 2 pieces with me.
Other than a treat, I must use home made bread and I add psyllium husk for fiber. Oh yes, and I can use the BRM cornbread mix.
I hope you can find an answer.
