a typical day for someone with CD?

hey there...i\'d love to know, if you care to share, what a typical day is like for a person with CD? what are the \'standby\' foods that you can always eat? what type of ethnic food (chinese, italian, etc) are the easiest / most challenging? i feel your pain...would like to know more.

I am only 15, but for the tb test, all I had to do was get injected with something and see in a couple of days if a bubble appears or not.

She is the best author on BP b/c she was in pre-Med when it hit her. She lectures all over the world. I've read this book, The Fire Within and many of her online articles. YES! Do read it!

This book went way over my head. Call me a dumbo I guess......LMAO.....the one thing I did like she said was that if she could choose whether or not she could have bp or not.....she would choose to have it....I thought that was awesome.

My P-MD was trained by Kay Redfield Jamison. She also has her as a resource. My P-MD recommended this book so I would understand what has going on my head and to help me realize I'm not the only one in the world.

I have always been a reader. Since I received my bipolar diagnosis I have been looking for books that explain why I feel the way I do.

Jamison does the best that I have ever found (and I have looked at lots).

I first read this book, may years ago. Since then, whenever I go into a used bookstore, I look for it. Over the years I have given copies to many of the important people in my life to read.

She has written about it so well, that I hope that if the people read it they might have a little more understanding of what my life is like.

I Read this book in t.he late 90s trying to grapple the concept of Bipolar one. It was a superb account of her struggles with BP and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to learn more about BP.
