ADA has included Celiac Disease as a disability

Boy, do we ever need this one!!!
I am so sick of going to restaurants to hear, "we can't be responsible for cross contamination in the 'normal operations of the kitchen. What use is it to have gluten free and then not bother to keep it that way??? Those places are lying about having a gluten free anything to offer.
