I had a vet tell me not to worry about my babies cold and within a week it turned into pnemonia!!! This was 2 yrs ago and he's fine (after a month of running back and forth to the vet several times!) Our newest that we got in Mar. also had a cold, but we had changed vets and our new vet put this baby on antibiotics immediately. Even with that, he's had to have more meds because it just doesn't want to leave his system.

The difference between getting meds and not getting meds is that one got really sick and had to be nursed a lot longer. The other never stopped playing and eating and being a happy little guy.

Long story short (too late!) gets meds! Change vets if you have to! Just my opinion and experience.

Poor baby cat. Pepper's never had a cold so I don't know how to treat them, but if it were me I'd ask my vet for some meds anyway. Even if she's eating well and playing normally she could still feel miserable with congestion.

Get a second opinion maybe. It's good that she's eating well and sometimes it could get worse than better. Hope she gets better quick.

I'm not oo sure about what to do. I owuld definately get the meds and try them. I hope the little girl feels better soon. glad she seems like a cuddler.
