TO STRANGERS!
I was not ready for this. She has been getting phone calls from the same number, but they do not leave a message. She asked me to call them to see what they wanted. I told her that if they really cared about her, if she mattered to them, they would leave a message. The called back again, and it seems that she gave out some credit information. Not sure if it was the last 4 of her SS number, or the last 3 or 4 digits of her credit card number.
ARGH!
5 years ago she would have never considered doing this. We even tell her to not answer the phone if she does not recognize the number, and to never give out personal information. Her son, the one who helps manage her money, has blocked her SS# from opening up any new accounts. And her credit card company knows to monitor her charge card.
They never teach us this stuff in school.

It's going to get hotter here with Thursday being the hottest. It's noon and 75f feels more like 80 or more.I've been cleaning up the deck in this morning and cleaning the windows outside. Then I cut up a pallet in half, I've decided to call it quits now because I went a bit light headed.
