Today is a good day to rearrange canned goods and pasta etc. For winter I make more soups and stews, so rearranging and knowing what I'll need is a great.
Sandra, our idiot Orange One kept saying your country England was three names, with Great Britain, United Kingdom and England, because England could never decide on a name. He thinks you are only England and wanted to fool people with the other names. What an idiot. I sure hope Doug finds something he'll like to do. Is your garden getting to the end of the season. Did you look at fig trees? So easy to grow and easy care.
Carly, I've had an ablation which was a life saver after having afib since a teenager. I am still on my medication and along with the ablation absolutely happy. Selling the ranch and moving closer to the kids is a good idea for everyone and as you get older and might need help. The whole Dicocese I'd just want done and also why not sell Abbeville if only two of you are throwing money at it for upkeep? That is what we've done with family homes.

How is it the last week of September already? Enjoy it while it lasts... Happy Friday!
I had a good shopping day. The weather was a bit cooler 89F and a breeze so I wasn't sweating loading groceries.
My goodness how prices have gotten so dang high.
Joanne, when you cook your soups and stews do you use a crock pot/slow cooker or a regular pot. The later is what I love most. I love to stir and taste and add if things needed. I am not a crock pot fan. Somehow I feel like I am in the minority but I really don't care. Somethings work and somethings don't.
You really made me feel better by telling me that you were happy and doing well after your ablation. Can you share what age you were when you had it done? I have read that it is so different with ages.
Right now the way I feel is that I will never sell the Abbeville house. It just means so much to me.
