Mom wont answer phone cause being harased by former employee of father who is dead. Wont call police, etc. Doesn have caller id. I will get for her. Problem. Going to state three hours earlier that one mom is in. Want to let her know got to hotel safe. I said I would call former partner of Dad. He can do special ring you worked out. Then you call him back. I said I'm going to do it. Didn't ask if I could. She kept saying no. It would cause more problems for her than it would help. He is not normal he has recording on a lot. I kept telling her I get him a lot of the time I call him. She said she would have to wait for his call. Which would be a big thing for her. Hard of hearing and on a walker. I say he can call you again if you dont here phone. She also goes to bathroom a lot. I say go to bathroom, do normal stuff. He will call again if he has to. She keeps saying its better if she calls me. It's going to cause her more trouble than its worth for me to call former partner. Since its going to be hardship for her and she is totally against me calling. I won't. I cant reason with her. She has always been rigid. Never could. But now that she is old its more important sometimes. Her mind is fine. I would be in court so fast if she had dementia. So much easier to make decisions for her.
