well, my inlaws are treating me like crap again and husband allows it. I've spoken to him about it but he just denies that they dislike me. His son and daughter-in-law are staying here with us and it's making me crazy. They have totally bulldozed over me. they do everything for my husband and taken over the house and MY car! his son has to wear a monitoring bracelet because he got arrested awhile back in this county. They live in the neighboring county. My husband thinks the sun sets and rises with his children. It's clear to me know that I never meant that much to him. I don't think I will be missing him as much as thought I would when he passes.

jenn if they are going to treat you like shit anyway then you have nothing to lose by getting bent with them. i treat people very kindly but when their attitude goes south mine incrementally goes south with them. if they hurl a turd ill hurl a flaming turd. at some point they will yell uncle.. theyre abusing with no repercussions right now. put a price on it.. chain and padlock your steering wheel to your brake pedal. tell hubby to stfu or youll push him down a staircase.

im a simpleton jenn, but seriously you have to stand up for yourself. i told the hospice nurse this week if she doesnt have the courtesy to phone before she visits ill turn her away from the door. she was treading on me to see how much ill tolerate. evidently not very damn much.. whats to respect about a spineless person?

I have been married to my husband for 27 years and my in-laws live about a half a mile if that from us.I can see their house from ours. They know when I pull into the drive or when I leave. They know when I sneeze I believe. They baby my husband and always have. He has never taken up for me and they have treated me pretty down right bad.It is a very difficult I know. He is the only child as well. You may not be talking about you Father and Mother-in-law but In-laws are in-laws and i could use all the advice I can get cause it is not working for us. Hang in there cause there ain't many of us left is what my dad always told me. I hope you find some solutions.

i have my solution. i wave my d**k around in circles and invite everyone involved to suck it. i know that doesnt work for everyone but it sure keeps the nutcases in my life at bay.. im just kidding, but wth? its that or no response and i think no response is just cold and uncaring. i care, just in a really messed up way..

homer simpson always comes to mind. once bart had a delima in his life and he claimed that homer just didnt understand. homer told him " of course i understand honey, i just dont care. "
even better was when homer was tandem water skiing with several females. one of em on the bottom of the triangle told homer shed fix his delinquent taxes and set him right with the government if hed stop staring at her breasts. homer determinedly replied " ive made my choice " .
these things arent related in any way cept theyre both hilarious..
