I don't know where you live, but in Canada we have funded home care.
It is not great, but sometimes it works.
As for your family, well I have the same issues with my husband's family.
I have been a care giver for 20 years now{my husband was injured skiing and has many disabilities} This is the hardest job I have ever had. I have friends that are supportive.
I never can get away ,but I can sometimes have a bit of respite.
I am sorry this is so hard for you,but you need to ask family to help.
If they can't or as in my case won't then you need to look at what might be available to help where you live.
As I have been told you need to look after you or you will burn out.
Not easy I know.
Praying for you
Laura
