i have been in a massive depresion for a long time. one reason is because i have no life left.
so i have arranged everything and tomorrow i am going to go out for a few hours by myself.
i am only going to farmers market. but i love going to farmers market on saturday mornings. havent done it in so long. i am excited to go.
but also scared to go. last time i made arrangments and left her alone with others for a few hours she fell and we were at hospital for quite a few hours.
last time i left her with her sister who is a psw by the way. but i am going out early and by the time she gets up she shouldnt need much care.
her mother is going to check in on her this time.
as much as i love y wife and willl do what i can to care for her i have to also care for me. and being depressed is not going to help her any.
so we will see how tomorrow goes

Perhaps this time will work out regarding having Mom stop by. Sometimes it takes a few tries to find the right person to stay with our loved ones.
If you find some corn-on-the-cob, have one slobbered with butter & pepper for me!

To spend a few hours, days or a week to ourselves is the best gift we can give ourselves.
I have to remember 'what will be, will be' . I am not God and can not control everything! Xx
