WHAT'S FOR DINNER?

What did you have for dinner tonight?

EXAMPLE: Tonight I had Spagetteos, with woven wheat crackers on the side, romaine lettuce salad with creamy cesear dressing and diet coke. Coffee with Bailey's Irish Cream for desert. yum! lol. How about you?

Stopped at Subway. Black Forest Ham with everything but the real spicy thingys. I liked it. This was my first time to go to town since before Christmas. So many new places. Also, new stuffs on the shelves at the store. It was nice to be out.

chicken picata and romaine lettuce salad and a fudgsickle with black coffee.

the other big thing with food is have a glass of water before you eat or drink ANYTHING it wards off stomach and intestinal cancer. the acidity even from tea and coffee can cause stomach cancer. scary!
