I think everyone is different. My boobs went from a C/D to a DDD/E during pregnancy. My son is almost 4 months old and they haven't gone down a bit yet. I'm guessing after breastfeeding maybe. My BF is taking a toll on the girls. I'm already saving my pennies for a reduction and lift....

I've been nursing 14 months... they were really huge the first 6 or so months but have gradually shrunk back down (though not quite to thier original size, unfortunately)!

Everyone is definitely different. Mine were about a size to two sizes bigger for the first three months, after that about a size bigger until 6 months, and then slowly reduced to their normal size. I've now been nursing for 17 months and I'm definitely back to normal - never the fluctuation there used to be :)

Started off as a B..before my last pregnancy was a D.....and now DD or E.

BTW, if you ever plan on having any more children (and bf them!), it is better to wait for any surgeries, as they may interfere with milk production.

i gained a cup size or two during pregnancy and only have problems with fluctuation when i have a let down. my son is now 7 wks old and they arent as large (overall) as they were in the beginning of my pregnancy/milk coming in.

and im with klimawife; when im done having kids and have other debts paid off, im having a surgeon make them nice and perky again. im not about to be 30 (im 23 now) with pancakes hanging to my knees!

Mine increased the first 4-6 months and then were back down to their normal size. When I stopped nursing at 14 months, they were actually smaller than before the pregnancy. However, I got pregnant at that same time and now they are huge again. It's different for everyone, but most people do see their breasts return to normal size.

Connor is almost 10 months old and I don't have a single bra that fits well! But I am waiting until he is done to go bra shopping again.

I actually weigh less than before my pregnancy (lots of morning sickness) but my rib cage still hasn't gone down to it's pre-pregnancy size so bras don't even fit around me.

I'm only 2wks into the nursing game this time around, so my boobs are different from day to day.... heck, from hour to hour sometimes! LOL

I nursed my 2nd son and after my body adjusted to his needs they really came down in size. I nursed until he was 19 months and by then I think they were normal size again.... I know they were for the past 5 years anyway.

Cousins & friends have told me their's didn't go down after BF, but they were happy about it as they felt they were too small chested to begin with!

Kilmawife, I am with you.... I told my DH I will be getting everything put back into place in a few years when I am sure we are done having children! LOL I can't imagine how bad higs will look in my 50's if I don't!

I was kind of small before Then while BFing I was HUGE hubby loved it, then as they didn't nurse as much they slowly started to get smaller but not much, but when I stopped Bfing my daughter at about 13/14months oh my I was smaller than what I was before I was pregnant. I am so sad to stop bfing my son who is 1, I don't think I will have any!!!!!
I want to get pregnant just to have big boobs again :)

I was a D before my last preganncy and now, after almost a year of nursing, I'm a DD. I've BF all my 3 kids and my breasts have never returned the the B/C they once were ( my girls are 7, 4 and nearly 1).

Klimawife, I TOTALLY agree with you! Mine mat now get smaller, but the aren't as perky as they once were. I told hubby I was "new boobs" for my 30th birthday, as I plan to be done having babies by then.
