He's treated me like a yoyo and this breakup I'm not going back, though emotionally I've gotten back into the tug of war with him, it was much better when I did no contact and just let him have his own reality and not try to change it, it's so frustrating. 5 breakups is enough, 4 getting back togethers is it, so why am I trying to have closure with him instead of moving on from something that changed from good to NOT.??

PS he just showed up at my family's on thanksgiving, uninvited! Ah! So I got lured back in, not into the relationship, but his insanity... Oh God. Anyway I wrote about it in Journal on 11-22...

Oh this must be so tought on you. Be strong you head is telling you the right thing. You deserve someone who is committed, loyal, thoughtful, giving, and mentally healthy. Don't settle for less. Don't let him continue to hurt you. I've got to learn the same thing. No contact, minimal time together. I think if mine had showed up at Thanksgiving I would have asked family to ask him to leave. If he didn't I call the police.

thank you, the support here is what has helped me stay strong and feel I deserve better, it reminds me there is more to life than holding on to something that has changed, I keep needing to remember it is not what originally I got into, it is no longer something helpful for me or healthy, and I can't change him, I've grown, I need a nourishing atmosphere to grow. Thank you.

The emotional "rope" that some use to tug us back is so difficult to "break". At some point you do break out those "emotional scissors" and cut the damn thing!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
