Ok I used to think reconcilation was the way to go. But people very rarely change and if they do its not for ever. Be very, very careful and take it very, very slow. I was left back in 1996 and when we reconciled back in 1997 she swore to me she would never leave me or put me through that again. Fast forward 10 years later and she did it again. Now a long term marriage counts against you so getting out ten years earlier would have been a great thing for me. Its now 2009 and I am still getting worked over by her and the courts. So look at this very carefully you may be much better off getting out now then having to go down this road again. Learn from my very hard learned lesson.
