Immensley. Especially when you think of all the good times or when you think of what could have been. It also hurts when the other person has convinced themselves that it wasn't a good relationship and you think to yourself were they living a lie? Were you living a lie. Those happy times were they truly happy? I certainly thought so. What also hurts is how while I struggle to come to terms it seems like the stbx ending the relationship continues with life as if it all meant nothing to them. That's the most painful part for me for sure.
