when i get home from i do sometimes find it lonely but general have friends coming around or my 3no dogs keep me company. If am though i start to think so i come on DS xxx

Yep, I do a lot of that.

I find the only time my mind starts dwelling in things it shouldn't is once my daughter is in bed and I'm on my own. I normally try to lose myself watching tv or the computer or reading. I'm a sucker for falling asleep in front of the tv, so that by the time I crawl into bed my mind has already shut off and doesn't go where it shouldn't. It's worked for me so far...
Mind you it would be nice to have someone to talk to, other than myself that is... ;)

Hey Rman, since you work 2 jobs sitting is already quite a lot. If it would be me I would head to the shower and bed without thinking of dinner!
