Breakups & Divorce Support Group
Just broke up with someone or in the midst of a difficult divorce? Breaking up is difficult no matter what the circumstances are. They say that time heals all wounds, but sometimes a listening ear or a hug can work wonders for the heart. Whether you need a place to vent, someone to hold you to No Contact, or need advice about what to do, we're here to help.
Perhaps an outside influence could work as a mediator for you two...in order to come to some type of agreement regarding how to handle your daughter? If that's not possible or has been tried? Then maybe you two can set aside your egos (my way only) and try to talk it out and compromise on whatever bigger issues you are having (behavioral-wise) with your daughter. There has to be some type of meeting-in-the-middle for you two, or you are going to have a shit ton more years of struggling, headaches and whatnot going forward. If that sounds like oodles of fun for you two, carry on. But if your goal is to HELP your daughter to understand between right and wrong and what is acceptable and to help her grow and learn in this world? Then you two parents have to first come to some level of agreement in some way, shape or form and stick to it. Compromise. Respect. Mutual understanding.
Good luck.
Do not get involved with her when they are there. Her problem.
