Ok..posted the FU thread yesterday..felt good but then I realized while at my counselling appointment, last night, that my 13th wedding anniversary is coming up on May 3rd. Technically, we are "still married" even though the papers are filed and just need to be heard. We are living in the same house, as well. Last year, when working on things we celebrated by going out to dinner and a wedding actually on our anniversary. This year, I don't know what or how to feel being in the same house. I want to leave, cry, I just don't know. I think handling it would be easier if we lived apart but we don't. Has anyone been in this living arrangement and come across this? How does one feel? I don't even know what I should do. I can't celebrate..not worth celebrating..can't even bring myself to acknowledge him. I have no friends or family to go out with to avoid the day, so I am at a complete loss. Any suggestions...may be coming back that day to say my FU's to him again.
I had one of those. It was miserable. He went out with his friends and left me home with the the older two.....eight months pregnant. It was much easier the next year when he didn't live with me. If you need to talk to someone just to keep yourself from hitting him, call me!!
