Talk to him don't trust him but listen you know him better than anyone else. Hear his words see his cries if you know them to be true then he is worth fighting for in my opinion.
If it's because of some shit excuse he isn't worth it. Hugs
I feel he came back 2 days later because he had a fight with the girlfriend.
I really hope you are going to decide to look for some happiness for yourself. He can not be trusted, and I feel you would spent the rest of your life worrying if he is having another affair and when he is going to leave again. You deserve so much better than that. I hope you choose your freedom to at least live without worrying about him.
He is only thinking about himself and a place to stay. I honestly don't believe he wants to "fix"
anything.
Get yourself a good lawyer, this is a good time to get what you need for the kids and to get what you deserve to live apart, if that's what you decide to do.
I wish you the best!!!
Coming back 2 days later begging to come back sounds like she may have broke his heart. Or he really did not realize what he had done until he left...but I would hope a teacher has better logic than that.
People make mistakes, 25 years is a long time, and 6 children is a lot of other lives to consider. I would suggest you go through with a separation that he initiated. Take at least a few months apart before even talking about coming back together. If you both get some individuality AND still want to talk about options getting back together you may have something there. It will be hard for you to EVER trust him again and I think having him come back so quickly will add to the uncertainty that he even really wanted to come back.
What would you do if someone posted a situation NOT from their own point of view?
Just curious....
