Woobie...crock pots are an amazing invention! Just throw the stuff in before you leave in the morning and wallah...when you get home its done.

I also like to cook for several days ahead. So often I will cook two or three meals in one night and that way I am done for the week.

I want chinese... so badly. :( Stupid chinese food being so high in fat! :( :( :( :(

I want ginger beef, pork dumplings, Sizzling rice with hot and sour sauce over it... Broccoli in garlic sauce... chicken in black bean sauce..

OH DAMN... :( grrrrr I'm hungry and I'm leaving work now - I'll go home and have a salad. sigh
