Just curious - what do you do with your wedding band/engagement ring?

Have mine just thrown in a little wicker basket I keep assorted junk in for the time being. Out of sight, out of mind.

I had an anniversary band that I cashed in for what I now call my "divorce ring". I love it. I am still holding onto my wedding/engagement ring to hock when I need some cash. Some people save it for their kids, I feel like it may be bad karma.

I was engaged once & I gave the ring back to him...later I wished I would've kept it.

Offered them to the STBX a few weeks ago. He said "Keep them - we might need them" Yeah right. Since then - I misplacced the wedding band but still have the engagement ring. Might pawn it!

Bottom of the sea...Right off the coast next to Sharky's Bar N Grill in Panama City Beach Florida. Hell, It's a tradition...There are two of my wedding bands down there...Don't expect there to be a third.

I don't have any rings and she took all of hers with her. If I did have one I would sell it on E-Bay.

I am keeping our for my only daughter. I think when she is old enough, i'll ask her if she wants them and if so what she wants to do with them. If she wants to pawn it, we'll pawn it, she wants to make a necklace or earrings we'll do that, if she doesn't want them then i'll pawn them, but i think she should have first dibs on them if she wants them. I wouldn't let her use them for her own marriage. She is too young to know yet, so i'll just hold on to them.

Mine is locked away. The diamonds in it were myh mother's, who passed away when I was young. So I'm going to have it remade into something I can pass along to our son someday. But it won't be a ring. I believe that to be bad luck.
