My therapist wants me to make a list of my strengths and bring it in this week. This was prompted by a comment that my sisters boyfriend made to me about giving me credit for having the courage to pack my things and leave the home after hubby admitted to having an affair.

This is hard! What are your strengths?

Two weeks ago she asked me to make a list of all the negative things about "him" then read it every morning when I get up. She also said to read it when thoughts of him pop into my head. It has helped!
