For once in a very long time I am starting to have hopes and dreams-they might not be the dreams I once had but I see more in my future than the life I have been living-I hope we all can see happiness for ourselves once we make it through this ugly time.We deserve it and only we can make it happen.

For so long I let somone else determine my fate and captain my soul. I am glad that I have moved beyond that point. Thanks for the reminder that we are in control!

I use to say "we are all responsible for our own happiness" and we make choices every single day.. to do nothing is a choice.....

A mother takes her son to the zoo. They are watching the bears. One bear is moaning and groaning and the little boys asks the Mom
"what is wrong with that bear"?
the mom replies" the bear is moaning because he is sitting on a nail"
"oh" said the little boy.. "why doesn't the bear simply move off the nail and stop moaning?"

Well said his mom, "then the bear would need to stop moaning and groaning"

I've been feeling kind of negative today if you haven't noticed. sorry...will try to keep it to a minimum

Its ok...negative...positive...neutral....just shows we still feel and are not numb.
I heard a song on the radio earlier after lunch and I thought I could handle it...but after about 40 seconds..i had to change the song...reminded me too much of her........so I almost had moment lost there.
