He wanted to leave me for another woman---he wanted the divorce and after years of clinging on, I felt i can't go on this way either and so, am now desperate for getting this over with. But the competely low-life that he is, is threatening me by not going ahead with the settlement--threatening me with taking full custody of my daughter--when i threatened back--by saying, i wont give you divorce, if you act in this bullying way of yours, he was--'ok, don't' !!! I could kill this scum.
I just want to get this over with---the settlement allows me to move on as it takes care of a major debt i have--but i want this over with and find peace back in my life.

So sorry, hang in there. It will be over soon. Dont let him emotionally abuse you anymore. Be strong, walk away with your head up and never look back. Did you get a lawyer? He can't control you like that. You have rights too. And go for everything you are entitled to.

Aditi, I am so sorry he is still being such a bully and abusing your rights as the mother of your daughter. I pray that he finally decides that he wants the divorce more than the desire to treat you so badly and agrees to allow you custody. I am so sorry he is still trying to manipulate you.
I hope and pray that somehow you will find a way to get this settled and finalized so that you can move on with your life, and find your won happiness again. You deserve it!!
