H&H recommended that book to me a few weeks back...I'm about 80% through it.

All I can say is WOW!

I cannot recommend it higher.

Names calling, just like that is. If someone pissed you, you are thinking "what a bitch", they, abusers say it "bitch" and other words to make you feel worthless.

They will not stop untill you "get" it. They will actually make you worthless, with words,when you are a mess, they might stop, telling you, that was your fault.
