Here is the wreck that occured last night as a result of the pursuit.
THe subject that was being chased had pistol whipped someone and then shot at them as they ran to their car. This happened in the county where I live. The person who was shot at was not hit but he was very close to being hit.
The suspect was driving around. The investigators that were investigating the case got ahold of his cell phone number and the guy admitted to the whole thing and gave them a catch me if you can jeer. The investigators had the cell phone company triangulate the location of where the guy was calling from and the chase was on.
First round was Stafford county. THey began to chase the guy and the guy went into Fauquier County and they lost him. Then VSP and Fauquier picked up the suspect. The suspect made his way back to Culpeper County. He actually had an address in our jurisdiction so we were ready for him and it the pursuit would have gone a few more miles I would have spiked his car with stinger spikes.
As the guy was being chased a deputy threw out a set of spikes. The suspect went to go around them and he crashed. His car flipped at least three times and on the second roll he was ejected 35 feet through the sunroof.
When the deputies got on scene to detain the suspect and render first aide he began to fight with them. He was so jacked up on PCP that they really had to struggle with him. He spit blood all over three of the deputies and a state trooper while he was there. THe deputies ended up being covered in blood from fighting with the guy.
The guy is in Critical Condition but he is expected to live. He has numerous broken bones and damage to his liver. He also has bleeding on the brain. Of course the thing that will hurt in the end is the 20+ years of being confined in the prison system (he is 18 and a small guy so Bubba will love him). Kind of fitting considering what he did to those poor deputies.
Anyone who thinks of it please say a prayer for the Troopers and Deputies that were involved in this incident because they have to worry what this guy may have had in his blood since they have been contaminated. Pray that everything checks out for them.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
