Breakups & Divorce Support Group
Just broke up with someone or in the midst of a difficult divorce? Breaking up is difficult no matter what the circumstances are. They say that time heals all wounds, but sometimes a listening ear or a hug can work wonders for the heart. Whether you need a place to vent, someone to hold you to No Contact, or need advice about what to do, we're here to help.
Be careful.
Let her go. Erase all her social medias. Don't be that guy, be better than the clingy ex. There should be NO CONTACT for a few (3 to 6) months. No Contact means no looking at pics, no social media, no taking about her, no asking about her and DEFINITELY no contact with her through in any way (no texts/calls/emails/posts/comments/etc)
If you want to get over her you need to man up and do things right. If you want to keep wallowing in self pitty then nobody can convince you otherwise. You need to make this decision on your own.
I have been where you are and today I thank the people who told it like it is. No holding back. The ones who just sympathized with me did more harm than good. It held me back and gave me the strength to continue to wallow in my pitty and feel sorry for myself.
Stay away from those people. You need people that will pick you up, push you up, make you get up. Not people that will sit with you and tell you that it's ok to be sad. (Yes it is ok. But you need to be getting better each day even if it is slowly. Keep advancing. Keep improving. Not getting stuck)
