Breakups & Divorce Support Group
Just broke up with someone or in the midst of a difficult divorce? Breaking up is difficult no matter what the circumstances are. They say that time heals all wounds, but sometimes a listening ear or a hug can work wonders for the heart. Whether you need a place to vent, someone to hold you to No Contact, or need advice about what to do, we're here to help.
There may be other circumstances, like maybe he has interest in another entity, whether that is his work, his friends or even another gal. Either way, he is wanting to keep you in the relationship, but not participate. Its selfish.
As you have said, you need to walk away from him as it appears not only do you not spend quality time together, he isnt wanting to communicate about what the issues are for him that has him acting as he does. When someone just throws out shit like he is, isn't willing to communicate, or even stop their nastiness and talk like adults or shoot, human beings so to resolve anything, then you are just spinning your wheels being the only one in the relationship that is trying. Its pointless really if he is not willing to grow up and be a guy in a relationship.
All of your responses have brought tears to my eyes and have tremendously helped me to know this is the right thing to do.
