Im sitting here at work in my little shop. There is a slight drizzle, the skies are grey, yet it is so peaceful here. Enya is playing in the background, a pocket full of rose quartz, and Im just soaking in all of the healing energy here.

I need some peace and tranquility. And Im just going to enjoy it while it last. Its been a roller coaster of emotions the past few days.

Find some zen today, everyone. Even if its only for a few minutes to quiet your mind....

I bet it smells nice in there too doesn't it?

do you have a window? are you getting any fresh air?

Thanks for posting this. Yesterday after the snow I had a moment as well. I went for a long run. Its so quite, not much traffic. Purple skys. Good cold to balance my temp out with. First snow of the season, great way to kick it off.

To find my tranquil place I go to a park and just relax or go to a park near the river or go rent a cabin and just relax.
