So I finally started moving stuff out of her house and into my new place that I just got. I went to her house yesterday and got a load of stuff. I told her that I would be back to the house today with my father to get the rest of my stuff.
She wakes me up at 8 am today and tells me that I can't go over to the house to get my stuff because SHE wants to be there when I am getting stuff. I tell her fine and I ask if I can get the stuff out of the shed that we all agreed was MINE! She said no because she wanted to be there as well.
I had to wait until 6:30 to get my stuff. When I am there getting my stuff out of the shed she takes a piece of paper and writes everything down that I was getting out. WTF...We agreed that everything in the shed is mine and now she wants to document that stuff.
I realize, later on, that she still has my cordless drill. I call her and tell her this. She says that she wants it because she has to use it for stuff but I can borrow it. We agreed that all of the tools were mine and now she is going back on it. When I tell her this she says that she doesn't remember that.
She loves to controll everything that is going on. When I want to do something other than what she wants she threatens me by saying that she will get a lawyer and make me pay alimony and things like that.
I have finally gotten to the point where I can't wait to sign the papers so I can tell her GOOD RIDDANCE YOU NASTY WENCH!!!!! Someone has been filling her head full of crap and this is not the person I married. We originally agreed to things, got our separation, said that we wouldn't get lawyers and now she is doing this stuff. I am so tempted to get a NASTY lawyer and run her through the ringer but that won't solve anything. I just want to get this over with!
Oh well, I only have a few things left to get and I am done with her crap!!

Do you know that everything is shared?...like shared Assets...shared Debt....soooooooo..get a lawyer...freeze all the assets and debts.
she can turn around if she is pissed off...take a vacation...rack up some debts on YOUR joint credit cards..she can apply for new credit card....joint income on the form....yup.... you can be screwed over if you don't freeze everything.
protect yourself... change the insurance beneficiary, etc...to your parents or sibling...child. Make out your Will.
Make a list of everything you want.
Close your eyes...go room to room..drawer to drawer..and think. Make a list. Be fair.
Don't sweat the small stuff.
Make sure you take heirlooms that belonged to your family. Make one trip..don't keep going back.
