I received a text which read "I had fun with you this weekend. Thx for being you!

guys, what comes to your mind when you read that.. thanks for being you... any reactions?

I would say either it was a date or he is hopeing for time with you.

I would say that exact thing to a woman i was interested in , and the meaning behind it would be.

Thank you so much for being yourself. You reasured me that you really are the beautiful and incitfull person I thought you were!

i got the text (and a couple other things) after getting back from speding weeeknd with him and his family at summer house. it was really nice but i wasn't quite sure what he meant by that.. it is it a sweet loving statement or one that is keeping distance.

I think it was complimentary!!

He recognized that you were being yourself and since he said that he had fun with you then I would take it as a positive sign!

I would take that as not just a compliment, But as one heck of a fantastic compliment if someone said that to me! I would take that as total acceptance. Very gracious and kind for like wise graciousness. Hehe, I would be feelin like some kind of wonderful!

1st phrase> I had fun this weekend> explanation, my time with you was enjoyable, looking forward to more
2cnd phrase> Thx for being you> explanation, I appreciate your being comfortable, though I know it may have been tough, appreciate you being genuine, when so many could have put on a front

I read it as thank you for going and being yourself instead of trying to put on an act to impress the other people. Which is a big plus, I would think.
