As I previously mentioned, my only contact with my ex was via email only. Well this week, I took the phone block off because he wanted me to call him when I got close to our meeting place for me to get the rest of my things, which I did. Fast forward to Today. My girlfriend and her fiance used his timeshare to go on vacation. Planned before the break up. They are loving the time share. So, I forwarded him her text which read, we just became a member, LOL, let Sam know.. he will either get $ for the referral or 65k in points. His reply ok, give her my number when she gets back and have her call me. I said OK. At the same time this was happening, I got a text from a girlfriend about something else. I guess with the text messages going back forth, I replied to Sam instead of my girlfriend saying, Oh that is cool, getting ready to go grocery shopping. Well Sam replied What is cool. wrong guy?, I said sorry, yes you are not Ruby...

no question, just cracking up at my ex's response to my text, his question was, what is cool, wrong guy? So, he assumed, I meant to text another guy.

Just a suggestion, don't be your friend's go-between for messages to your ex. Give them his e-mail address and have them send messages directly to him.

Otherwise, you get yourself involved with him again. Put the block back on and no more forwarding messages.

Astime, the timeshare he shared is with my girlfriend, not his friend. However, I will give her his number when she gets back to discuss $ or points.

It's past time to tell your friends by return e-mail/text that you have no contact with him because you two are broken up. That here is his e-mail address and phone number and they can go ahead and e-mail/text him or call him directly, because you aren't passing messages to him because you aren't contacting him.

That's how you stop this every time. And your friends will understand that "no contact" and they will reach him if they want to.

This gets you out of the "passing messages" phase from any friends. Put the block back up again on your phone.

Did you ever go to his Mom's and get the remaining headrest (did he actually drop it off there should be the actual question).

Yes, he did drop off last headrests to Mom and I picked up... There will be no further conversation other than what transpired yesterday. I feel no need to block number, I feel he gets the hint.
