Tears falling like raindrops

I just started crying like a baby. The tears, the hurt, the pain is all too much for me. Im usually one who never gets sad or upset over a man or a relationship period, but this one has done way to much damage to me. I don't know how to repair or heal my heart. I don't know if its the fact that the relationship is over or the rejection but they both hurt like hell. Its a pain like no other....

It is a pain like no other. You are extremely early in your breakup. Cheating and having him leave for the other woman is devistating, my wife did the same thing. You just have to go through the pain unfortunately there is no short cut. Journaling helps, posting here will get you some support that personally I think saved me early on. We have all been through this pain and still on the journey to indifference, a brighter future is ahead but it will take time. There are some helpful websites that helped me too:

Crying is the bad part of recovery, But can be good also. Never hold your emotions in. When my stbx cheated I was in shock, and when I came home and saw the house empty I did have tears. I asked myself the question why? She had everything and I do mean everything but it was not enough for her she wanted more. It did not take me long to get into cover my azz mode and made it my passion to bury her in court. We have a settlement conference on the 15th with the judge present. The way my atty and I have it figured out she will walk away owing me 40k. I know that I won't get all of it but she dug a hole so deep she can't get out. Time for you to get into defensive mode and bury your stbx,

It definitely comes on waves. I'm okay for a while, then suddenly slammed with grief. I think we just have to accept it will be this way and trudge through it. After 12 years of marriage, and missing my kids, I expect it will take a long time. My you be comforted in your grief.

    I'm horrified!  I knew my insurance would go up due to getting a new car but I didn't expect it to go up over $2,000.  I did have an accident with the snow/ice in the winter.  I was just telling my brother that I have had my car since March 2, 2026 and have only spent $75 on an oil change.  Now this!  I called another insurance company and their quote was over $4,000.  I guess I have to pay...
