So my friend convinced me to go see a tarot reader today...and that was not a good idea. She basicllay told me I am cursed, I will forveer be cursed in love, career, etc. That If I dont do this cleanse that costs about $900, i will always have bad luck. She was on point about someone missing from my family ( my husband basically ran away)..I dont believe in this, but i am just afraid that all of this may be true, what if i will never be happy again? It truly just hurts me.
On another note, my husband who has constantly been putting me down and rejecting me since he left, texted me last night at 1:45 am saying "Hey. Sorry that it's late. On tuesday, we can try to meet up to close the bank account. And to get the things I left behind. And if possible, talk about the car arrangements. Sorry again that it's late. Goodnite.
Idk what to even say to that, I have not spoken to him in two weeks. The last time we spoke he basically told me that if we do meet up, he wont put up with my emotions, that the minute I start talking about my feelings, he will just walk away.
I know i shouldnt but i miss him, I am just afraid of seeing him, I am afraid of seeing him, and breaking down. I dont think i want to see him...but yet i do..i know, im just so confusing. Someone help please.

(1) The car is in your Mom's name so it is not yours or his to legally negotiate. Don't give it to him or sign anything involving it and hold off on anything until you engage a divorce lawyer to direct you. It would appear joint marital funds were used for the car and it would be both of yours, so it may become your car.
(2) Get your money out of that joint bank account immediately. It should be placed in another bank in an account under your name only, as a single woman. If you decide to take all the money out of the joint bank account and close it, then put it all in your new bank account BUT DO NOT SPEND HIS HALF AND keep records for yourself on his money in there. Get directions from your attorney as to how and when you should distribute to him and in what manner---should it be a cashier's check and your husband sign a receipt (the attorney prepares) that your ex received the money? Let the attorney tell you exactly how it should be handled.
(3) Immediately change the locks to where you live. You may find that your ex could decide to walk in and out whenever he wants to. Act now to avoid that.
